They refuse to communicate with me any longer. The only communication they have is through WhatsApp.

I made a huge order online to Livingsocial early November. Its one of these sites you redeem your purchase after several days. In between ordering and redeem, my brother was Murdered. I forgot about the order. I have cantacted them on several occasions but they are refusing a refund. I can't reach them by phone, all conversations take place through WhatsApp. I'm asking for your help and advice please.

Goods paid for online but still haven't received.

I bought over 4000 of Christmas presents from Livingsocial. I have spent everyday since the start of November trying to contact them. Im sent to a WhatsApp to explain my problem. I get the same questions every time, then told someone will be with me within 48 hours. They are refusing t communication with me. I wanted to exchange item a first, but now I want a full refund. So I'm asking you to intervene as I paid with your Visa Dedit Card.

System not recognising my details

3 phone calls, over 3 days and automated system does not recognise either, security question OR my date of birth and, 1hr and 35m of my time over those 3 days waiting for "Customer Service" ........suffice to say, application in to another institution in hopes their AI is actually "intelligent" and that they "actually" provide "Customer Service"....after 25 years of MBNA/Avantcard.... I wish you ADIEU!

Can't login to Avantcard website

i have been trying to log onto avantcard website, for like a year now, since i changed my phone number, the OTP keeps being sent on old number, even though i was contacting the customer "care" phoneline, many times to update number, lost a lot of money just for top ups (waiting to get connected with agent for 10/20 minutes,sometimes waited for so long on hold that i ran out of credit, got disconnected, and had to go all over again. but finally i managed to speak with agent, changed number, i was assured that everything is sorted now, but when i tried to log on, otp was still being sent to old number, so i called again,waited, explained, once again i've been told that everything should work now, so when still on the phone with customer support i tried to log in but it was still the same, agent told me that it can take few hours for number to update in db on website.but it didn't and i just gave it up.

how is this possible that such big serious company doesn't have a libe chat support or NOT EVEN E-MAIL CONTACT. PLEASE HELP!!!
