i have been trying to log onto avantcard website, for like a year now, since i changed my phone number, the OTP keeps being sent on old number, even though i was contacting the customer "care" phoneline, many times to update number, lost a lot of money just for top ups (waiting to get connected with agent for 10/20 minutes,sometimes waited for so long on hold that i ran out of credit, got disconnected, and had to go all over again. but finally i managed to speak with agent, changed number, i was assured that everything is sorted now, but when i tried to log on, otp was still being sent to old number, so i called again,waited, explained, once again i've been told that everything should work now, so when still on the phone with customer support i tried to log in but it was still the same, agent told me that it can take few hours for number to update in db on website.but it didn't and i just gave it up.
how is this possible that such big serious company doesn't have a libe chat support or NOT EVEN E-MAIL CONTACT. PLEASE HELP!!!
